Dear valued patrons and ticket holders,
As a non-profit organization with the ultimate mission to serve people and our community, our first priority is public health and the prevention of the spread of the Coronavirus. We have been monitoring the situation closely, and the duration of this public health crisis is ultimately still unknown. Needless to say this is an unprecedented challenge for all of us and we appreciate your understanding and patience as we work through this situation together as a community.
The Spartanburg Little Theatre and Chapman Cultural Center staff have been working fervently to determine a contingency plan for all upcoming events, including our “A Night at Studio 54” Annual Gala and Season Reveal (March 26, 2020) and our upcoming production of “Sister Act” (May 1-10, 2020).
We will contact affected patrons and ticket holders by email as soon as we have more information about possible postponements and/or cancellations. Specific information regarding your individual options in the event of a postponement or cancellation will be included in forthcoming emails and communication through our website and social media outlets.
While we are faced with the extraordinarily difficult decision to alter our performance schedule, it is the right thing to do to protect the health and well-being of our patrons, staff, and community of artists. We appreciate your understanding, and hope that you will support us with your patience and flexibility in the weeks and months to come.
